A single reaction can tell a story. Several reactions can show how a whole session unfolded: anticipation, surprise, then celebration. Fesi’s highlight-reel export combines selected reaction clips into one video without requiring you to record them again.
The useful starting point is a small selection with a clear reason to be together, rather than every clip you captured.
Select at least two reactions
Open the Library or a session’s clip list and use its selection controls. Choose two or more reaction clips, then look for Highlight reel or Create Highlight Reel. The control can remain unavailable until you have enough selected clips.
Before exporting, play the candidates. Check the beginning, ending and audio of each one. If two clips show essentially the same moment, choose the version that adds something to the sequence instead of padding it with repetition.
Understand the order
Fesi’s native highlight workflow orders selected reactions by capture time, from oldest to newest. Do not assume that tapping a clip first makes it the opening shot.
Chronological order can work well for a match, episode or watch party because it keeps the progression of the session intact. If you want a different editorial order, added music or detailed transitions, export suitable footage for an editor that provides those controls.
Choose one frame shape for the reel
The combined output needs a consistent shape even when its source clips differ. Preview faces, gestures and other people against the format you intend to use.
Aspect-fill reframing can crop the edges of a source clip. A tall output may work for one close-up reaction but remove someone sitting beside you in a wider recording. Our export-format guide explains those tradeoffs.
Keep the first export manageable
Start with a few clips so you can check the flow and framing before preparing a larger collection. More or longer clips mean more media to process and a potentially larger output; Fesi does not promise a fixed export time.
Allow preparation to finish before opening the receiving app. If export fails, keep your original clips and try a smaller selection while checking available storage and the app’s error message.
A shared reel is a separate output
Highlight creation exports a derived video. It does not replace the selected original reactions. It also does not mean a new permanent reel has automatically appeared in your Library.
Use the device’s save or sharing destination deliberately. When that operation completes, open the resulting file in the destination and play it from start to finish. Check the joins between clips as well as the individual moments, and listen for abrupt changes in audio.
Temporary share files are not a substitute for a verified saved copy. Keep the original reactions until you know the output is where you intended it to be.
Choose a story before choosing a destination
A strong small reel might show the buildup, a turning point and the final celebration. That is an editorial choice, not a promise about views or engagement. Focus on whether someone who was not there can understand the sequence.
